Insurance companies are multi-million dollar entities which stay in business by taking in more money in premiums than they pay out on claims. They train their employees, or claims adjustors, to minimize the amount of money they have to pay out on claims.

Insurance adjustors know more about the legal process and medical issues surrounding automobile accidents than you do. They will try to do everything in their power to keep the amount they have to pay out on your claim to a minimum, this includes denying you a rental car, denying that their insured is at-fault, or claiming that you contributed to the accident or your own injuries. If they don't know the answer to a question, they have trained attorney's available to consult. Why shouldn't you?

Working with Mr. Pavilack, I filed numerous lawsuits, participated in discovery, represented clients in court hearings, and received real world, hands-on experience in settling cases and negotiating with adjustors and other attorneys. As Mr. Pavilack's bankruptcy was prominently featured in local newspapers in the fall of 2010, I felt it was my best interest to start the new year on a positive note, and in January 2011, I opened my own office.
